EXTERNAL TRAINING WORKSHOPS
Jobcare offers a range of workshops and training courses that can be delivered to individuals, businesses, institutions and youth and community groups. Learning takes place in groups where there is a close ratio of tutor to participant. Jobcare is happy to discuss how course material could be tailored to suit the particular needs of a group.
JOB SEEKING SKILLS
This popular course is available in flexible modules according to the needs of the group but generally requires five two-hour sessions or two six-hour sessions. Jobcare provides all training materials. The training method is group-interactive and very enjoyable.
- Identifying personal skills qualities and matching these to employers’ requirements.
- Filling in application forms and writing letters of application.
