Jobcare Team

Paul Mooney is Jobcare’s Co-Founder and Chief Executive.  He has been in the leading role since 1994 and is the pivotal figure to our ethos, effective client relations, and to spearheading the organisation’s innovative response to changing social needs.  Paul was awarded a Level Two Award by Social Entrepreneurs Ireland in 2007 as a recognition of his innovative approach to addressing unemployment amongst ex-offenders in Jobcare’s Trasna programme.

Gillian Brennan is Assistant to the Chief Executive and has been working with Jobcare since 2006.  Gillian brings her organisational and analytical abilities to the management team and has responsibility for the strategic planning and reporting activities of Jobcare.

Peter Johnson is Jobcare’s Centre Manager.  Peter has overall responsibility for Jobcare’s training programmes and Resource Room services, as well as heading up the training team for the Employment Preparation Course.

The Jobclub team comprises of Peter Johnson, Catherine Sweetman, Jane Slevin and Niamh Curtis.

Jonny Pardoe, as HR Manager/CE Supervisor, leads the Support and Development team and together they areresponsible for the ongoing support and development of 60 individuals on the CE and Trasna work programmes, and for the recruitment of participants to those programmes.  Jonny is also Jobcare’s in-house photographer and has supplied the images for our website.

Jonny is joined on the Support and Development team by Stephen Mullan and Glenda Tynan, both CE Supervisors.

Declan Doran is Jobcare’s Accounts Manager responsible for the organisation’s Accounts Department, and supervises three accounts trainees on CE and Trasna.

Sammy Reilly is the Work Crew Supervisor for the Trasna Programme and the CE maintenance staff.  Sammy has been with Jobcare since its earliest years and has significant skills and experience in supervising and mentoring people as they adjust to working life.

Philip Denner is the Programme Scheduler for the Trasna Programme.

Tony Keane is a Trasna Work Crew Team Leader, with specific responsibility for landscaping and horticultural work.
